Raewyn Luxton

At Ray White, Raewyn supports a dedicated sales team at both the Paihia and Kawakawa offices.  She oversees the listing and selling process from start to finish for each agent.   Her responsibilities include preparing sale and purchase agreements, ensuring properties meet compliance requirements, managing Far North District Council files and LIM reports, handling general adminstration, coordinating marketing efforts and liasing with vendors, purchasers, tenants and solicitors to ensure seamless transactions.

Her dedication to efficiency and team work along with her friendly manner make her an invaluable part of the Ray White team.
